Prices from £0 - yes you read that correctly! If you’re within a certain radius of us, we will visit for free!
Are you unsure if your planning permission will be granted? Will there be any problems removing walls? What can you build under permitted development? Do you have plans already but need extra ideas or advice on what to improve?
Whatever it is, we can help you with your project!
Planning Drawings
Prices from £950
This stage comes after an initial free visit - where we discuss your ideas, whether the project requires planning or just building control permission, what is and is not feasible, and once you’ve received a formal quote from us and agreed to proceed! We then come out and measure every wall in your house! We may need to enter the loft space too, so if you do not have a loft ladder, please make sure to mention this prior to your survey date.
We will then aim to get the planning drawings back to you within seven days for discussion!
Building Regulations
Prices from £250
Once planning permission has been granted, or if your job is permitted development and you have agreed to proceed to the next stage, we will then draw up the building regulation drawings ready for submission! Draft copies will be sent to yourselves and also to the building companies we can recommend to you (based on location) if you’re wanting any quotes!
We only use companies we have worked with for many years and we have personally vetted their work! Don’t worry, you’re in safe hands with us!
